Processing Time

All cases are made to order and individually printed in my studio. Please allow approx 3 working days before your order will be ready to ship.

There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Currency conversion rates are subject to change from time to time.


Shipping

Ship from Thailand to the address shown on your order.

You will be notified by email about the tracking number as soon as the item has shipped. Please ensure that the email address given in the order is reachable.

All packages will ship via registered airmail that comes with a tracking number and signature confirmation. Please note that the package will need to be signed for OR a notice will be left and you can pick it up at the post office.

Estimated transit times

The times shown below represent approximate transit time after your order has shipped. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks depending on location and efficiency of postal service. Although it rarely happens, delays caused by mail carrier and customs can happen and they are beyond my control.

United States 2 – 3 weeks
Most European countries 1 – 2 weeks
Most Asian countries 1 – 2 weeks

Shipping to Canada

All packages will ship with Standard Shipping via Thailand Post which is the most economical way to ship internationally. Unfortunately, Canada is some of the countries that don’t provide delivery info on international registered airmails. This means that the tracking info won’t be available online after the package has left the country (Thailand). Please be aware that this shipping method is generally slow.

Custom fees, Duties, and Taxes

Prices don’t include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Customs Declaration form completed with your purchase price as required by law will be attached to your package. I can’t mark a sold item “gift” on a customs declaration form.


Refunds and Replacements

Insufficient address / Unclaimed package

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and deliverable. The buyer is to pay to reship a returned package.

Wrong item

If you have received the incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of item arriving and I will gladly send you an item replacement. A photo of the product is required.

Change your mind

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be processed if you change your mind.

Shipping delays

I do my best to produce, package and get your order out in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping and I can’t guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific date. Transit times may be longer than expected because of holidays, misrouting, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances, so thank you for understanding!

If your order takes longer than the estimated transit time, please wait a bit longer as it should eventually show up. I will look into it and keep you updated on the status of your order.

Lost package

In the rare event of a lost package, please contact me for a full refund or a replacement. International orders will be considered lost if they have not arrived 8 weeks from the shipping date and cannot be located using the tracking information.
